Dallas began his racing career at the age of 3-1/2 in motor cross. By age five he was turning competitive racing laps in a quarter midget. By age ten his parents were looking for places to put yet another trophy. At age 13 he convinced a track promoter he was 16 and spent the afternoon turning hot laps in a full midget.
At age 16 he ran the full 2005 Washington Midget Racing Association season, finishing second in overall points and tied, dead even in points earning C0-Rookie of the Year Honors. Only Rick Moss, earning his tenth WMRA Championship, finished ahead of Dallas in the point standings for 2005. In 2006 Dallas won three WMRA mains, and finished 2nd in the overall championship. The Championship not being decided until the final race of the season.
In 2007 Dallas has two feature wins, competed for the WMRA Championship, has competed in USAC regional events, and will compete in November in the Turkey Night Classic at Irwindale Speedway - Irwindale, California.
